Sam Robertson

Sam grew up in North Carolina and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as Assistant Student Writing Editor of the Georgia State Law Review. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif in recognition of his academic achievement.

Sam began his legal career as a Public Defender, where he developed into a skilled and fearless courtroom advocate. He later transitioned into private practice, focusing exclusively on family law. Sam represents clients in matters involving divorce, child custody, protective orders and other areas of family law, with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and determination. He is dedicated to delivering effective advocacy tailored to the unique circumstances of each case, with an unwavering commitment to protecting the best interests of his clients and their families.

Outside of his legal practice, Sam is a lifelong musician and occasional oil painter. He enjoys spending time with his dachshund, Cowboy.
