Biography

Dominique Y. Hadley, Esq. focuses on guiding clients through complex family law matters with compassion, clarity, and practical solutions. She is dedicated to advocating for individuals and families during emotionally challenging transitions, including divorce, child custody, modifications, legitimation, paternity, name changes, adoptions, and related enforcement proceedings.

Dominique was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Her legal career reflects a strong foundation in client-centered advocacy, with prior experience in real estate law and criminal law. Her real estate experience is particularly valuable in family law matters involving property division, asset distribution, and title issues, while her criminal defense work has strengthened her litigation skills and ability to navigate high-stakes, sensitive matters with precision and care to deliver comprehensive, holistic representation.

Dominique Hadley is known for her empathetic yet strategic approach, working closely with clients to develop personalized solutions that prioritize their unique needs and long-term well-being. Her commitment to public service has been recognized with honors including the Pro Bono Award, Order of the Samaritan, Community Service Award, and a Certificate in Public Service. She is an active member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA), the Gate City Bar Association, and the Gwinnett County Bar Association.

Outside of her legal practice, Dominique enjoys reading, painting, exploring Atlanta’s vibrant food scene and spending time with her family and friends.
