Mariah Mitchell

Mariah Mitchell is a Lead Attorney at TSLF, known for her client-centered approach and strategic advocacy. She is committed to guiding clients through complex family law matters with clarity, empathy, and confidence, ensuring they feel supported at every stage of the process.

A native of Atlanta, Mariah was raised in a multicultural household with strong ties to Japan, shaping her adaptability and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Mariah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, she gained practical experience through the Family Law and Elder Law Clinics and clerked for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

She began her legal career in personal injury before serving as a prosecutor in Gwinnett County and Fulton County, where she developed strong litigation and courtroom skills.

Outside of her practice, Mariah enjoys spending time with family, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and curating fashion and personal style.
