Biography
Brady McCarter is an associate attorney in the Cumming office of The Siemon Law Firm. Brady was born and raised in Georgia. He initially obtained an associate’s degree from Young Harris College while playing collegiate baseball for the Mountain Lions, and went on to graduate from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega with his bachelor’s degree. Thereafter, Brady received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law where he obtained the Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing. Prior to joining The Siemon Law Firm, Brady’s experience as an attorney involved civil litigation and real estate law. Brady understands his clients are often navigating the most difficult times of their lives. With this in mind, he utilizes compassion, energy, and hard work to provide a valuable service to his clients. When Brady is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching sports.
