Our Attorneys
The founder of our firm, Samuel J. Siemon, practices in the areas of family law and criminal defense. Mr. Siemon received his business degree from Flagler College in Florida and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Siemon was recently elected as the current Vice President of the Forsyth County Bar Association and served as Secretary/Treasurer in 2006-2007.
Josie A. Siemon practices in the area of family law and also creates wills and other estate documents. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University. She currently serves as President of the Forsyth County Bar Association. In addition to representing clients of the firm, she serves as a third party guardian ad litem in child custody disputes.
August “Bud” Siemon, special counsel to The Siemon Law Firm, has worked as a felony criminal defense attorney for over 30 years. He has served as lead counsel in over 500 trials, appeals, and habeas corpus actions, including more than 20 death penalty cases.
